The first event in 2016, in memory of John O'Halloran FRICS, aimed to be a conversation starter within the property industry and act as a catalyst for change.

The introduction of the Construction Act in 1998 has led to considerable improvements, but even to this day, trying to get paid remains an uphill battle for many contractors and sub-contractors.
