Construction & Property Lunch Club

Five Counties Conference 2017

The ever increasing value of property, a more rights assertive society and arguably a growing tendency not to respect a neighbour’s views, create the ideal conditions for a boundary dispute.

Such disputes might seem innocuous but they can take considerable time and money to resolve and often end up in court.
