However this, together with the recent economic climate, has led to numerous recent disputes between landlords and tenants as to whether or not break options have been correcting exercised. 

This seminar will provide an overview of the law and practical guidance in relation to the exercise of break options, identify tactical considerations and highlight the common mistakes made by landlords and tenants which can result in significant losses and/or liabilities.

John O'Halloran Symposium (a LionHeart event)

In March 2015, John O’Halloran FRICS, the former MD of BAA Lynton, took his own life.  John’s colleagues and family, deeply shocked by the loss of a respected former colleague and father, decided to set up the inaugural John O’Halloran Symposium 2016 in his honour. The event proved to be extremely successful in raising awareness of the issue of mental health in the property industry.
